Refund policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new/unused condition, and with or in all original packaging in which it was received. For defective items, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. 

 

INITIATING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be emailed to galaxygiftshop@twose.ca along with all other details of your requested return/exchange.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable)
- Books with signs of use (ie: soiled/bent pages, cracked spine, etc)
- Any item not in its original condition or with visible signs of use
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Any shipping/handling fees incurred during the initial order.

To best assist with each order, please contact us should shipping be required for your return/exchange.

Once a return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify that we have received the item. We will also notify of the approval or rejection of the refund, with all details explaining our decision, when necessary.

Once a return is approved, the refund will be promptly processed and a credit will be applied using the original method of payment. 

** Unless we have indicated otherwise during communications about your return, all shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:

If 5 business days have passed since your return has been approved and you have not yet received a refund, please first check your bank account once more. Then, contact the credit card company or bank used for the initial purchase - it can sometimes take longer than expected for these to be posted to your account. If once these steps have been completed you still have not yet received your refund, please contact us.

*** When shipping your returns to us we advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not take responsibility for any issues encountered during the shipping process such as lost or damaged shipments.
